Customers have the right to request cancellation of their order only if the order has not yet been accepted for processing by Skysync Solutions Ltd.
This means that cancellation may be possible only if:
The payment for the order has not yet been received; or
The delivery, activation, processing, or execution of the ordered services has not yet started.
Once the customer begins receiving the ordered services, or once the service delivery or execution process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
